Shipping: General shipping available via USPS priority mail. Packages will generally arrive 5-7 business days from day order is placed. Shipping and handling for purchases $1.00 to $74.99 before tax is $6.95. For purchases totaling $75.00 before tax, shipping is free in the continental US only. For shipping to places outside of continental US, a separate credit card transaction will be made as an adjustment for the actual cost of shipping to your destination.
Return Policy: Yarn that is unused and in new, sellable condition, ie not smoke damaged, soiled or containing pet hairs, may be returned if unwound with original packing, labels, and a copy of the receipt. Returned yarn will be accepted 60 days after shipment date, and store credit will be issued to customer. Customer assumes return shipping costs. Store credit will be redeemed by calling the shop directly and is applicable to any yarns carried on the website or in shop. Just call and we'll help you pick a replacement yarn and ship it out to you. Shipping chargers will apply to new purchases, unless it is our error. We do not give cash back or credit back on charge cards per store policy. Store credit only is given on all returns. Many more yarns are available in the store and you may call and add any of these to your order. No additional charges apply whether order is placed online or by phone. |
